Where did it the bug start?: On the Opening Cutscene With V and Jackie Welles (When Jackie Offers to get launch)
Discription:
When I was playing the game, once complating the prolog, The Cutscene come on and I was seeing every charater T Possing in the first clip wasling on the side walk. once that part of the cutscene was done everything went back to normal and there wasnt an issue after that.
