Option to Hide Item Icons

Hi

it would be nice to have an option to hide the icons from items, as soon as yu kill an enemy a square appears, white, green, red, bue, etc, soon your sorroundings are full of colorful item icons,
please let me hide them!

I seriously have no idea why they didnt put some obvious UI options in game menu. Yes, with mods most players can get rid of them but not everyone can use mods and those icons look just terrible and immersion breaking.

The crouch icon stops me from playing on a oled screen, that sucks

Instead of « hiding » them which is kinda dumb, it could be very useful to regroup some because, yes, we lose a lot of time checking all these shit on the floor instead of appreciate the scenes.
