Option to scale font size

How did this pass QA? 200 hour game with this font size and nobody brought it up? Bizarre.

I keep hearing that "they are looking into this", but there's no confirmation that a fix is coming. Is it difficult for them to fix this?

In the meantime, I suggest that everyone who has this issue submit a tech support request. Right now there are many issues competing for the developer's attention, and we need to let them know that the small font issue is a priority:

Hopefully this gets resolved soon, and then my daughter can get her binoculars back.

i agree. on ps4 and i cant read anything from where i sit. I have to keep getting up and standing closer to the TV if i want to read anything.

Thanks for sharing that. My wife and I got a good laugh out of the image and the accompanying joke.

Let's hope that this is resolved soon. My wife tried playing without the binoculars today, and the small text gave her a headache fast.

I dont remember playing a single game on an HD tv and not having this problem, i hope developers start fixing this. Its worse in games I actually care to read the stories glossaries and witcher is one of them, I m absolutely enjoying the game but I find myself getting up from my couch and moving towards the TV when I m reading books or managing the inventory or character, no problem with the subs though

I hope that the solution is an option and not simply larger text overall. As it is, the text is fine for me. Anything more and it will take up more screen than it already does.

Weird that the devs haven't responded yet to what's quite a big issue. I have to sit as close to the tv as possible to be able to read all the backstory and subtitles

I'm getting headache each time I play The Witcher 3 because of the font size and the horse animation stuttering. Such a shame that I can't enjoy this otherwise magnificent game....

Where is the Option to scale the Font Size in 1.04 (PS4) ? Don't see any changes, besides Item-describtion.
