Oreton's Notice Board bug

Uhm, it seems there is a bug about the notice board in Oreton. When I pick up the contract about this village, nothing change in the quest journal. the quest about the contract doesn't appear.

I can't remember which notice boards this happened to me on. But I know it happened on 2 that I was supposed to receive quests from.
