Overwhelming Lag

Hi, I do not know what to do. I accidentally opened Dota 2 while the game was opened. Now my game is permanently laggy. I restarted the game, my computer. Uninstalled and reinstalled. The game was running fine before and now It's so laggy it's unplayable on any setting. Before I could easily play it on ultra settings. Now with the settings as low as they can go I can't play with the amount of lag. Please help I am really enjoying the game and want to continue playing.

Have you checked your device manager and if your right gpu is on? (AMD or Nvidia)

Im not completely sure what you mean by right gpu but my graphics card is all and all my devices are on related to my graphics i believe also got a Nvidia gtx 1060

Ah okay, well on day 1 I was appearently playing on my Intel driver instead of my Nvidia, so in windows device manager I had to change it


(Still cant play it tho lol, first it was unbearable lag bc of my driver, Now I get flatlined al the time)
