Hello, I need help with the DLC. I never receive the bird's call. I even tried a saved game from 2022, and it's not working there either. Can anyone help me? I have 1000 hours played and I don't want to lose my progress. I bought the DLC a few weeks ago and I can't seem to activate it.

In theory, you simply have to complete the quest "
Transmission" for the Voodoo Boys. Directly after getting out the chapel, you should receive the call from Song Bird to start the first main quest of the expansion.
First, just to be sure, the expansion is installed and detected by the game?
> The tittle in the main menu should change and include Phantom Liberty in it.
> When starting a new game, you should be able to start directly at Phantom Liberty (i.e skipping all the beginning of the game).
If yes and if you already completed the quest Transmission:
