It's just me or in all your picts, Panam have "strange" eyes ? (like Kiroshi ones and not the "natural").
I had already noticed it, but on this one it's obvious
It's not you. I'm using an eye mod. That said, lighting plays a major role in how noticeable they are. In darker shots like that it stands out more versus shots with more lighting. I think it's very shot dependent.
I took a shot back then at the same location with the natural eyes (but I discarded it because I messed up the DOF around her hair)
I'll probably return to natural eyes at some point but I'm having fun with the modded one

So there are some changes during Riders in the Storm
- Sneaky Panam with her Overwatch on the hill (and also fog before the storm, maybe a new "random" weather event).
- No more weird moaning from V during the storm (where you have to turn the heat back on).

In terms of gameplay, that's for sure
But if I had to choose my favorite quest with Panam, it would definitely be the following one (A little Help From My Friends).
- I absolutely love the OST in the train station... (and also around the firecamp).
- I love the dialogues with the Aldecaldos, especially with Carol.
- And during discussions with Panam at the top of the tower and around the campfire, you can feel that there is something that changes (when you don't romance her). We go from "good friends" to "friends for life" (to life, to death).
It's a such an amazing quest (and not for "action" obviously)
I also noticed some changes in this wonderful quest
- Bobby asks if we want some lighting going up the tower and actually turns on the lights.
- When we come down from the tower, it is no longer directly (miraculously) night. So when we sit around the fire, Panam says it's not night and so we have time to check the cars. And there is a little jump in time.
