Pass round bug in Gwent

Hi, fellow witchers,

today I stumbled upon a bug in Gwent minigame in Witcher 3. Never faced such a minigame-breaking issue despite using mods for 7 years. The problem is that I am not able to pass during Gwent games. The bar just never fills up which does not allow me to pass round. My spacebar otherwise works completely fine, even in the very game.

Tried to reinstall the game, tried to run it without mods yet nothing really helped. Is anyone familiar with this kind of a bug? How to resolve the issue?

1.) Is it universal, or does it only happen during certain Gwent matches?
