patch 1.03 is not downloading on STEAM

hello,
could you please give me some advice what to do ? My game is not upadating, stil 1,23 on STEAM. i have set evrything to autoupdate , restatrt pc and nothing help. other game son steam are updating ok.

using win10,

The update 1.3 don't appear at all ?
You could try

Clear Download Cache
Clearing the Steam download cache will cause the Steam client to flush locally cached configuration data and acquire it from the Steam servers again.
Navigate to your Steam -> Settings -> Downloads -> Clear Download Cache

And maybe look directly here

Just in case it's a very simple fix that you've missed, for some reason steam scheduled my download to happen at a certain time rather than doing it immediately. There was a little icon on the right hand side in the downloads page with (if I remember rightly) an arrow pointing up into a straight line. Clicking it made the download start immediately.

ty all, but nothing help. I had finally reinstall full game and got latest update . Problem solve but i thought it will be easier
