Patch 1.04 - Quest "Blindingly Obivous" BUGGED STILL!

The quest is still bugged, and its not only me that have this problem. I was writing to support about 3 days ago, and there is still no fix for it.
QUEST: Blindingly Obivous
You need to help Triss gather Phillipa. You find her at the bathhouse, and need to follow her and catch her. When you do catch her you need to fight her monster and sneak up on her after. There is a gap in the stairs where you need to jump over to the other side. Since Gerald stays in combat mode he will not jump over the gap but roll on the edge. Running is also not possible since you run into an invisible wall. Have tried everything, inc walking to not make noise so phillipa throw spells, go before killing the monster and what so ever. Nothing works and its kinda pissing me off since i have paid and used time to play this game AND also reporting bugs.

This needs to be fixed ASAP. Many ppl have the same bug and its truly gamebreaking.. Can't play the game becures i am trapped in this mission. Please fix it, so i can play the game i bought.
