Patch 1.05 made performance worse on some systems

system: amd 3600 / nvidia 2070 super / 16gb DDR4 3600 / 460.89 nvidia driver

Before patch 1.05: 70-80fps with digital foundrys recommended settings, RT on Medium
After patch 1.05: 40-60fps with same settings as above

The game also feels a lot choppier. Please fix this, thank you.

Can fully agree with this!

AMD 3800 / NVidia 1080ti / 32GB DDR4 3200 / 460.89 nvidia driver.

System is OC'd and cooled on water.

Before 1.05: I managed a solid 60fps with my graphics settings. HxD used to enable all cores.
After 1.05: I get 9-11fps. Can get it up to 14fps if I reduce from 1440 down to 1080 and turn graphics settings down to low.

Yes I saw there is a new one where you change the "75" to "74" or vice versa. Did this, but no difference.
