nothing concrete, a few news sites are reporting a patch incoming next week, but doubt we will get much in the way of an official response on a Sunday.
Expect some crucial fixes like the no XP bug, bugged quests, NPC pop-in or flying Roach. But for UI changes and movement tweaks, I think we'll have to wait a little longer. We'll see tomorrow most likely.
