Doesn't that make the "Will release on all platforms simultaneously" a bit of a joke. Why not release as was complete, from all accounts the PS4 needed extra patching so we all have potentially waited days longer for one group.

I see. However, have you considered that the PC version has more bugs to be fixed (such as the mutagen bug), is getting more tweaks (such as a new Hairworks option), and must be QA tested on a lot more hardware configurations?

Yes. However in the past, PC patches have always come out a week before consoles'. And there aren't many more bugs on PC. This time, despite the excruciatingly long cert process, console patches will arrive on the same day as the PC patch. Makes you wonder.

What's in it? The main game is only 45GB. The changelog didn't seem to be that hefty.
