- A way to get rid of inferior items from inventory.
I had superior grapeshot made and looted accidentally a normal grapeshot from somewhere. That stuck in my inventory and couldn't be dropped. If I used them, they'll just restock after meditating. Of cource the superior grapeshot didn't go anywhere and it worked fine. Small annoyance.
I experienced this with grapeshot also but I'm not sure if that's a bug or intentional. I very much welcomed having extra bombs, and would use up superior grapeshot and then switch to regular grapeshot. I suppose the option to get rid of them by dropping them makes sense but I can't imagine why one would want to get rid of extra weapons that are useful and weigh nothing.
- Geralt got stuck in a boat at Skellige. It happened when I tried to jump into water. He just got stuck in the boat with other leg raised looking like riding a horse without horse as in Monty Python and the Holy Grail. Could access inventory and turn the camera but there was no way to get him going but loading a previous save.
I experienced numerous problems in boats in Skellige, in particular the larger boats that you can not take the helm of which just happen to be floating in the ocean around Skellige with no life on them. They attract you to a safe distance to gauge if there is a threat on them, then when you think it is safe you go explore them, loot any caches in the water around them and well... of course you want to try to board the boat to look for more treasure right? Only it looks like these boats were thrown in just as props rather than to entice one's exploratory interest because they are quite buggy. The medium sized boats are easily boarded but something as simple as walking from one end of the boat to another can have Geralt magically teleported in the air 100 feet above the boat whereupon he plummets to his death on the deck of the boat immediately after. This seems like a major collision detection problem on the boats like they never intended people to board them and never tested the collision detection there. The larger pirate-ship type boats are notoriously difficult to board out in the open sea. I'd say impossible because it is impossible by normal means. You can however jump in the water and swim to the bow of the boat then swim right through the hull into the inside of the boat by mucking around a bit, and if you're careful you can hit the boat's cargo area and walk up the stairs to the deck - straight through the closed grating that looks like it will block the way. Once on the deck you can explore for treasure but wont find anything as again it is clear they never intended people to actually board the boats. You can also die due to collision detection glitches and being hurled 100 feet in the air on these boats too. Only solution if you get trapped inside the hull and unable to exit is to reload a save game.
- Triss stood in a doorway at a quest in the Novigrad sewers. No way past her and she kept saying "Well" when talking to her. Yes I tried Aard, but "This target cannot be attacked". Had to load a save and be sure to rush through that doorway before Triss.
Yep, I had this bug happen also. Triss and I were going through the sewers leading up to the quest to save "some people" and she beckons for us to move forward, then walks forward into a metal grate sewer door and stops right in the archway and wont move for any reason, I tried everything and she simply doesn't care. Very incredibly annoying that was. I had to reload a save game and she did it again, then I reloaded again and the third time either I beat her to the gate or she actually went through it so I could too (I forget which). Sad thing is it is random whether the bug will occur or not so it isn't 100% reproducible.
- Geralt got stuck in a hole at northern Velen below Novigrad. I think it was a battlefield with ballistas everywhere. There were Fogglets all around and I rolled to some hole in water and couldn't jump out of it. Even when not in combat mode. Had to load a save again.
Once again I can confirm this bug also.

I have a pretty good idea right where it is but it is hard to describe in writing and I don't have a map handy at the moment. If CDPR needed a pinpoint location for it I would be willing to try to find the exact location and make a save game + map screenshot if it would help though. I'm sure I could find it again. It is right in the swamp area to the west of those ballistas and about half-way through the swamp from top to bottom. There are several trenches under water in the swamp and if you step into one even though it is only about 1.5 feet deep all Geralt can do is this furious dance, roll, dance move unable to climb out or jump out of it. If you keep trying extremely persistently there is a very rare chance he can jump out if you're on like the exact right pixel in the right spot but it is absolutely an infuriating and obviously unintentional immersion-breaking bug. If you're on Roach he can get stuck in it too and likes to freak out about it. There is another swamp area in the game that I found a similar bug, I think it was in Crookback bog near a dragon skeleton but I'd be harder pressed to find that one again.
EDIT: for a nimble witcher he is very clumsy at going down stairs. Even when he is sober he prefers rolling more than using his legs
EDIT2: Press "button" to jump down from a ledge without needing to use two swallow potions would be nice
Yeah, it would sure be nice to have a way to drop and hang from a ledge Tomb Raider style at various points in the game either for stealth or safety. You can drop and hit space to roll but that might send you over a cliff or into other dangers too.
