Patch 1.08 Bug - Brothers in Arms. Dijkstra and Vernon in wrong location, can't recruit.

I cannot recruit Vernon Roche or Dijkstra, even though I have completed there prior quests. Their location markers show them both in the brothel in the upper-east portion or Novigrad. However, neither of them are actually there, as it just shows the being above you, even when you are in the highest location at the brothel. Also, they are not where they are supposed to be, Dijkstra is not at the bathhouse and Vernon is not at his encampment.

Did you start but not finish Deadly Plot?

Looks like they are in the Passiflora, which would be the case if they were waiting for you to come plot with them.

Perhaps you just need to advance that quest a bit, so they go back home?

Talk to the ol girl who runs the Pasiflora and see if she lets you in the secret room.....

They are hidden in the brothel waiting for you to activate another quest. That's my guess anyways.

You know of the hidden staircase right?

I don't think so, but I will check when I get home and update as soon as I have more information. Thanks for the reply!

I didn't know about the staircase. Thanks. I will google it and see if I can find it.
