I've downloaded the lastest patch (v1.08) and Vernon Roche still won't leave his cave for the mission get junior. It's on ps4 and there's no dialogue option for the mission as it was already selected and he still wot move. I really like this game and enjoy playing it and I understand that creating patches takes time but I'm a little pissed off that the patch said it would fix it and it hasn't. Is there anything specific you have to do to get him to move or is my game just broken? I've tried fast travelling to skellige and back multiple times and still nothing. Any help would be appreciated

Reminder about bugs that I found `till now in Patch 1.08 :
1. Contract - The Oxenfurt drunk - Oxenfurt
2. Contract - Mystery of the Byways Murders - Oreton
3. Redania's Most Wanted - Quest recived from the King.
4. Get Junior - Main Quest
1. After you make investigation about the monster, you will ecounter it on the streets of Oxenfurt. You fight with it and after you take 30% life of the monster your quest will continue. If you go into quest menu, you will find that "Kill the M...(I don`t remember the name of the monster right now)" it`s failed. I think that subquest, it`s trigger to early in the quest, because it`s the last objective in the quest(Fighting with it in the house at the end of the Oxenfurt City). Fix it.
2. After you take the Contract, you must go and speak with the Commander of the missing soldiers. After you will speak with him, the objective moves to an small town where you suppose to find new clues. When you arrive in the small town, you ecounter 5 Ghouls. After beating them, in quest menu the first subquest, that you made at the first time after you take the Contract, "Talk with the Commander" appear that it`s failed! Seems an bug that it`s the same with the Magic Lamp quest, where after you search for clues in the room, and resolve the puzzle, the objective with search for clues appear that is failed(that bug was resolved in 1.08). Maybe you will fix the bug for this Contract in the next Patch.
3. After you take the quest, advanced in it `till you find the clues in the Phillipa Hidden Cave. When you finish to find clues in the Cave, if you don`t make quest that involving Triss(A matter... or Now or Never) and she is already in Novigrad, at the quest will appear two objectives : Go to the King and give information about you found/Go to Triss and give her the crystal, and recive information about it. If you choose to go to Triss, and decide to give the crystal to her, an hidden objective : Give the crystal to Yennifer will appear in quest menu that it`s failed! If you want to advance in the sotry, and finding Yennifer in Skillege, and give to her the crystal, the Triss giving crystal will be triggered that it`s faild. Fix it. EDIT: An possible fix for this quest is : first make quests that involving Triss, and then the Redania's Most Wanted. If you do that, the option with : Give the crystal to Triss will not appear in quest menu. Another fix, go directly to the King and give information about what you found in the Phillipa Hideout. Choose to lie or to give the crystal, any of your choose will finish the quest with all subquests marked in green.
4. Two states will fail no matter which way you do the quest. If you refuse the invitation after playing cards(In the Casino), you will fail "Play cards with casino guests" but you won't fail "Search the casino for more information about Whoreson."
Inversely, if you take the invitation you will be immediately taken upstairs(after you defeat 2 playes on gwent), that room is actually the one you're looking for when it says to "Search the casino for more information about Whoreson." This causes that objective to fail but it marks "Play cards with casino guests," as complete.
EDIT: For that quest I got a fix : Start the quest Gangs of Novigrad, before explore Casino/the hideout/arena. First go to speak with Cleaver(the little dwarf), after that go to the casino, you will fight with the guards, free the dwarf from the room(""Search the casino for more information about Whoreson." will not fail). After that go to arena, talk with the little dwarfs and they will assist you(part of Gang of Novigrad quest), kill everyone in the arena, loot the leader corpse for the key, open the box, go in the arena end and use witcher senses to find the secret room by pressing on the torch, open the door, loot everything, read everything you just looted. Go to the hideout, use again witcher senses. Go to Cleaver to finish his quest. After that go and talk with Dijkstra(part of the Get Junior quest). He will redirect you to Roche. Go at his Camp, talk with him, meet him at the enter of Oxenfurt City, and go to the King. After that you must go to the camp where junior it`s hidding. In front of the door are two guards, if you kill them and loot their corpse you will take a key that open the door to the camp; but an optional quest(that don`t appear into your quest log(only after you kill them and open the door) something about failing using the secret passage in the sewers(where you can find one enhanced piece of cat trousers). will be show as failed in the quest log, if you already take the cat piece. So DON`T DO THAT! When the yellow mark show you must speak with that two guards, skip that phase, and go in back of the Barber`s house(near the camp). Here it`s an shop and there you can climb on it, and from it you can jump directly into the camp! That will skip the failed optional quest that I talk about it. After that you can kill everything in here and make a choice for the Junior(kill/spare him).
I will edit this post every time when I found new bugs.. and hope the Admins resolve them. I hope they will answer to my private message.. 1 week ago I send PM to you, Marcin, and another adimn that show interest in problem from the 2nd Contract. I send one ticket and explain like I do here, to inform you about those bugs.. and hope in the next patch you will fix the bugs, and don`t wait another 2 months for an bug like "Magic Lamp".

I saw in GOG that there is Patch 1.08.3. Till yesterday there was 1.08.2. Is there some log or some info about what is changed?

- Introduces a retro-active fix to some of the achievements that were amended in the patch 1.08. This time for real.
Skellige's Most Wanted is still not fixed in 1.80.2
When you kill the last enemy, the empty health bar will stay but quest log still says... defeat him. Can't kill him twice xD

Somehow this was a bit funny because i burned him to death and he was now burning and crying on the floor endless till i stopped the game lol.

Some of the retroactive Achievements still don't work with 1.08.3 (GOG Galaxy Version). The only achievement that 1.08.3 granted me was "Something more.".
The achievements "Gwent Master", "All in", "Even Odds", "Fast and Furious", "Ran the Gauntlet" and "Walked the Path", are missing for me, even though I should have gotten them. There are also some of the kill achievements missing, but I don't know if I did enough of them, as I didn't count.
Also, reloading the saves before the point and doing them again to unlock achievements didn't work, so it seems achievements are still broken.

New bug... number 5 : Quest : Cabaret. After you go to Vegelbud Estate. here you will find an dwarf, after you speak with him you have three options : pay 200 gold, quit the things that Dandelion wants or race with someone. If you choose to race, win the race, in the quest tree of Cabaret quest, shows that "Win the race" subquest it`s failed. Fix it!
Any news on when we get patch 1.09? That should be the ultimate patch that will fix everything (and upgrade the graphics??).
right now the only way to get all objective success is not to choose the horce race instead give the 200 crown to the dwarf

found a way to cheat the bug. FYI i finished the gangs of novigrad by invading the casino and arena with the help of cleaver thugs. and then when the quest objective in get junior shows to find the junior hideout, i'm not talking to 2 guards, guarding the gate. instead i search the stable near the estate and you can jump to the wall to junior's estate. the result is all objective marked green after i killed junior

in mine there is no find triss and give her the crystal objective, and i've finished all of triss related quest except now or never. the question is if geralt report the quest to radovid. does that means the quest is finished and i can't give the crystall to either yen and tris? need a confirmation
and also i really want to give the crystall to yen, in the other hand i haven't go to skelige. can i potponed the quest without getting a failed mark?
The quest will be finished. No choice to give it to Triss/Yennifer. You can choose to lie Radovid, or give the crystal to him(bad choice in my opinion) if you want to help the witches in Now or Never. I decide to lie him, telling that I don`t find anything in the Cave/and in other save file tell him that Phillipa try to regain her eyes, he ask for prove, and I don`t give to him the crystal(it will remain in quest item). If you give to Radovid, you recive some gold. Yes you can advance in the game till you find Yennifer, but if you give the crystal to her, the hidden optional subquest that involving Triss will be failed. So it need a fix . Or if you want to know things about crystal, in a save game you can go to Triss and give the crystal, see the cutscene, nothing special..only a new green marked subquest.(all of that if you are jsut curious about crystal). After that you can comeback to an previous save file.. and keep/give the crystal to Radovid..and complete the quest without involving in it Triss or Yennifer.
