Patch 1.1 still craches

Every time I can play the game only for like 15 - 60 mins (60 mins very rarely) then it crash.

This is the most common error i get:
Error reason: Unhandled exception
Expression: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION (0xC0000005)

Well at least your game loads - mine crashes on the second loading screen. The worst part about it - it worked great on 1.06 and I was able to play without any glitches. I rolled back my Nvidia driver to no avail and did all of the older fixes for the crash - I was really playing up a storm and now won't until the next patch or until I get a refund. Get this:
