Patch 1.12 FPS drop/ stuttering

It is really annoying that when Geralt is running/sprinting around these areas, the game stutters a lot. I already experienced this problem in patch 1.11 which is my first patch installed since a bought this game around November. Now in patch 1.12, the stuttering is even worse than before. I asked the other W3 players on facebook and it seems they dont have this kind of problem. I dont know whats wrong in my game. Anyone here experiencing the same problem? I hope this will be fixed soon.
