Patch 1.23

+
Man all that waiting and I was expecting a huge patch or at least a DLC, I really had high hopes, but alas.
I'm still crossing my fingers for this game. Thanks for the update anyway, it's better than nothing.

Maybe it's me, but I feel like the dialogue with Lizzie's bouncers has been lengthened.
Like I don't remember her telling me :
"Here, we do author work, it's like digital ecstasy"
"Here, it's tailor-made, it's not for all synapses. Are you sure you can take this ?"

I'm I the only one who sees NPC's clothing glitching out and flickering when I grab them from behind in a chokehold?
For the enemies ? On PC ?
I leave the konpeki and I tell you if this is the case on my part in 1.23 on XBSX :)
(but I noticed some weird shadows/reflections on a 1.22 save loaded in 1.23. Weird things not here in "fresh" 1.23 save)

No, you are not. But it's really difficult to coment on each and every bug noticed in the game. It would be way easier and faster to point out things that work without them! :D

I was just curious cause I watched Miles Tost playing on the Pride charity twitch deal and I could have swore his game was virtually glitch free. The Ragdolls weren't janky, and the enemies didn't clip and glitch out when he was grabbing them from behind. I was like, what version does he have???

Ok, I don't really know, but I think their PCs was pretty good :)
(It seems logic to me, to have a really good PC with perfect settings when you have to stream "your" game)

Hm... maybe it is true and some people have all the bugs on the world, and others have the smoothest experience ever? O_O

My PC is pretty good. By pretty good I mean "Ryzen 5800x and RTX3080 good". There was literally nothing better I could buy, and trust me-- I tried. :D

Maybe I should buy 32GB of RAM? And NVMe drive instead of normal SSD? Would that help with all the loading textures and models I'm experiencing?

After few knockout, yes, the clothes sparkle at the shoulders when I grab an enemy (in both performance / quality modes). So it's new in 1.23 :(
You can report it, if you want ;)

Just little off-topic : As in many things, having the best hardware isn't always enough to get the best performance... (As with motor racing, you may have the best engine, if you don't know how to tune it...) I said that, I said nothing

I have Intel Core i7-4770 3.40 ghz, geforce GTX 1070, 32 GB ram, SSD drive, if that tells anything. Probably not the "youngest and strongest" creature in the room, but some people claimed to have even weaker machines and didn't experience bugs. So, I'm rather confused in the topic of bugs with this game. Definitely still having some of them, although things seem to have improved here and there a bit.
Really don't know much about hardware stuff, definitely not a "tech" guy.

in the spirit of being positive I've taken some pics of things that were improved by 1.23 color intensity / contrast has improved, the badlands aren't as mottled together (shrubs, dirt, etc ) the distance that neon signs are "present" especially in this bright of a day( look at the far sign on the left ) check out the "true black" of that car..
wish I had taken a pic of the rain and fog effects during early morning ...they were good enough for me to not even think of snapping and sharing
the kuzanagi ( spelled wrong ) handles a little better, and the game handles high speeds through traffic in the area just south of city central without FPS drop even when auto save triggers , this has always been an issue since day 1 for me on PC

I mean clothes straight up clip and appear to be flickering like Zfighting or something. No this has been a thing since it came out. Always bugged me. I hope they fix it in the next actual update. Who knows when that'll be though. Hopefully not another two months.

Yep it's that :(
That's weird, it's the first version where I have that bug since day one (and I played them all) :(

Nope. Running CP77 on a state of the art nvme, experiencing same texture and model loading time issues.
