From what I've read, I'm worried about the nerf of the netrunner. To nerf a netrunner is very shortsighted and sad. This is a nerf of one of the main elements of the future development in the cyber universe. Without a netrunner, we only have elements of survival in the apocalypse (hello Fallout NewVegas) and GTA. Even dont't want to play .

What why? The Netrunner is pretty overpowered as it is and on very hard difficulty it should be a challenge to fight enemies. They also have not removed netrunning or anything.
If you consider the difficulty too high, you can still lower the game's difficulty level.

I outlined my vision of the problem briefly and to the point.
It doesn't concern anyhow "character overpower" and the game difficulty. [...]
Thanks in advance for your understanding.
Let me jusf start by saying I love the Witcher 3 and have completed it god knows how many times....ok postives out the way.
Cyberpunk 2077 - What a complete shambles of a game!
I bought this for ps4, its a complete and utter joke, a broken piece of trash running at 15/20fps in some areas. It still sucks on last gen after this latest patch FYI!
Thankfully I was able to get my hands on a PS5 a little while back so I could successfully play this PS4 game on it, it's not the only reason I bought it lol but it's ludicrous to think you need a PS5 to successfully finish a [. . .] PS4 game.
Oh and speaking of completing the game I give a 6/10 overall for this game. That storyline lol...The ending was lackluster and rather cliché, featuring some very poor and uninspired writing. You're almost as bad as Bethesda lol.
My biggest issue with this game though isn't the 98 pages of bugs left to be fixed...
This is not an RPG. It's bloody FPS GTA with hacking mechanics tacked on in a very shallow, uninteresting open world with nothing to do in it. A simple run and gun shooter with little to no consequences for your actions.
The [. . .] players playing it probably don't care or really notice but for people who were expecting an RPG from a studio that makes RPG's....well we're pretty disappointed.
I'm currently working my way through Deus Ex Mankind Divided, I also have an old Xbox 360 copy of Deus Ex Human Revolution on the way to scratch my cyberpunk itch as you guys F*CKED UP Cyberpunk so bad its unreal. Great games!!! It's funny how an Xbox 360/PS3 game smashes this game out the park in terms of cyberpunk mechanics, gameplay and just overall quality. Cyberpunk tried and failed.
Just a thought...Did anybody at your studio play the Deus Ex games for inspiration??? It seems you watched Johnny Mnemonic due to your very lame attempt at creating a monowire weapon...
The free "DLC" cosmetic items on this patch are just lazy reskins and in fact pretty lame. Stick to bug fixes and give folks the lame cosmetics when its actually in a fixed playable state.
The driving in this game still sucks.
The Police literally spawn next to your character when you get in trouble lol its ridiculous. And why are the police so OP? Considering this is GTA set in the future it would be nice to have shootouts with the police and feel like they're human and not some bullet sponge you have to run away from 9 times out of 10.
The list goes on and frankly CDPR know they've messed up so I wont bother listing anymore.
I dont hate this game its a fun, mindless, run and gun shooter. I've come to terms with the fact its never going to be a real RPG, but you seriously need to beef up your in game world.
In games like fallout, deus ex etc you can GO INSIDE RANDOM BUILDINGS and rob them blind etc, not all of them but there's LOTS of stuff to explore that has nothing to do with the storyline etc it makes the open world game feel more open, believable and most importantly FUN to explore. Cyberpunks open world is just window dressing full of uninteresting nps and pretty much nothing to do besides hunt down gangs for the police and do the missions....GTA basically.
I find it funny how people compare you to No Mans Sky at the moment, only the difference being No Mans Sky actually ran fine at launch, it was just missing features that have since been added and they're still adding to it! Cyberpunk was riddled with so many bugs on day one that almost a year after release it's still a piece of trash and I find it funny how your fans/media think you're going to add meaningful DLC down the line that changes the feel of the game, when all you guys are good for is adding cosmetics and DLCs based on current engine mechanics... I.E we wont be seeing any new RPG mechanics being added to improve the game in future, you'll just add a few side missions, maybe some new guns cars and clothes...whoopee lol
Please don't hype fans in future as you're clearly not a decent enough studio to deliver any form of ambitious projects, keep it to yourselves and don't announce a game untill its in its final stages of development and makd sure you BUG TEST your games!!!!!
I will never pre order or buy day one from your studio ever again. Sales and bargain bins will be the way forward from now on and I'd encourage anyone with common sense to do the same, don't fanboy a company that doesn't deserve it guys. CDPR are a joke in the industry.
[. . .] I'm not going to be following this thread, I just needed to vent some perfectly valid frustrations about this terrible game. Peace

I also find it hilarious people are actually thanking and praising you for fixing bugs that shouldn't have even been there upon release. [. . .]
Lets hope Square Enix decide to make another Deus Ex game in future

The funny thing with this kind of comparaison, it's that I could make the complete opposite. I have played in total about 15 hours (at max) to Deus EX MD (in sold on XBox Store last year) and easily 100 times more on Cyberpunk... So mostly, matter of tastes

If you hadn't(since you mention HR & MD),try the 1st Deus Ex and you will see that devs indeed got inspired by the series. CP2077 gameplay is closer to the 1st game that what Square did (simplified mechanics, carried over from Invisible War).
Weapon design(at least visually) was advised by Mike Pondsmith, he stated in a interview he stopped "flashy futuristic" weapons.... in the case of monowire, well sure it is inspired by Johnny Mnemonic, the same as what you can find in the tabletop ruleset (gameplay wise is another story whether it is fun or not or well implemented)
Have they truly nerfed Netrunner? cuz that is why I couldn't damage one of the scavenger on The Rescue mission at the beginning unlike before on where I can just stealth kill him. Quite disappointing really and I am putting a hold on playing Cyberpunk if they un-nerf Netrunner since that is my preferred class.

Which one ?
Because they "nerfed" netrunners, yes. But only the legendary QHs (like Ping) and also the offensive/combat QHs (like Short Circuit, Overheat,...) who are not intended to be used for "stealth" approach (have a great chance to reveal your location).
But damages for example remains the same as before
Short Circuit and I was trying to get the scavenger guy with the LMG and his health didn't go down. I manage to get the guy on my last playthrough using Short Circuit.

I never tried to use QHs on him, I always knock out him by hands, it's most probably a bug (or it also could be intended/modified in 1.3 to force players to use stealth or fight him).
Anyway, if you want, you can report it to CDPR Support if you don't use mods ("Contact Us" button).

And still playing, because they nerfed netrunners, but not in this way. For example, with Ping, you can no longer hack enemies through walls, but devices you can. They also change some "passive" abilities on legendary QHs (they don't add deamons in breach protocol, their effects are apllied directly when the target is affected by a QH, whatever the one). And also, if you use offensive/combat QHs, you have great chance to been located... So for stealth, you have to use stealth QHs. Offensive QHs are for combat/fight, it seem quite logic
It's little changes to make Netrunners a little bit more "interesting" (instead of destroying everything through walls without been detected).
Edit :
Another little change
For going to the AfterLife roof, it require an access key in the elevator. So in 1.3, it's impossible to go on the roof before a specific ending.
(we can forget the legendary crafting spec who is hidden here).
Did you find a way of enabling access? When 1.3 rolled out I was part way through a game and was still able to access the roof for the first time. Just recently started a new run through and I can not. I've done the Rogue ending and still no joy.

I would guess that this is specifically implemented to avoid some sort of bug. At least for now, I'd make a backup of your saved game before you attempt to get around this. I doubt the devs would have introduced a gate like that for no reason -- likely to avoid the player inadvertently triggering a quest flag way before it was intended to be thrown and borking other parts of the game.
Didn't work for me - game would not let me double jump to get up there. Not tried the boosted jump cyber. I assume you do not retain the pattern/recipe/plans when you return from the ending.

I didn't play the sun ending in 1.3, so I don't know
If not, it's a shame, because I don't think there is another crafting spec for this rifle (but Widowmaker is far better than a crafted one).
I think I was able to complete a certain Cyber Psycho quest which I have bricked in earlier versions of the game by leaving Watson early. (By fast-travelling to El Coyote.) Thank you for fixing this. Now I only need to find the last remaining Psycho... ^^

There is a better named one from a gangland boss down towards the south of Rancho Coronado - Breakthrough, so it's not as bad as we quite make out not being able to get this blueprint. Had forgotten about it, however I started a new run through recently and just got this last night.
