Patch 1.52 - Can enter the parade mission area before it. a elevator works. savegame attached.

im running a vanilla version of Cyberpunk 2077 and playing as a Corpo on PC. i just was exploring the world and found a elevator that lets me visit the area before the parade begins. there is absolutly nothing going on there. but there are mines on some areas. it feel´s strange to enter this place so early.

It's like that since day one.
So you can loot the iconic smart weapon if you have the tech ability) very early game (Genjiroh).
But you also can visit Hanako house way before the Devil ending and loot a second Genjiroh.

But I don't think this is a bug, just an area not locked. At least, the market must be accessible before
