i bet you still havent noticed that you added "backpack capacity" instead of "cyberware capacity" shards to airdrops. or i missed something in this game.Cyberware Capacity will now be capped at 450. Cyberware exceeding the limit will be unequipped.

I'd say the perk tree was improved upon, but to each their own.Completely ruined the perk tree. Total garbage now.
Hum... I think you're dreamingWould be awesome if they brought in MODs for Consoles
True but Witcher and Fallout allow it on all
Nope, in The Witcher 3, CDPR officially added few mods in the game (if we can call them "mods" while they are in the game). But you're not allowed to add mods by your own like in BG3 or Bethesda games.I think you're mistaking them adding mods to the official complete edition update and actual mod support. The Witcher 3, from everything I can see, does not offer mod support on console. Please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
Like @GrimReaper801 said, mods on consoles are "very limited" by what Sony and Microsoft allow to modify, which is limited (the most limited on playstation). While on PC, well... you can modify pretty much wahetever you want.True but Witcher and Fallout allow it on all
