Patch 2.11

+
Cyberware Capacity will now be capped at 450. Cyberware exceeding the limit will be unequipped.
i bet you still havent noticed that you added "backpack capacity" instead of "cyberware capacity" shards to airdrops. or i missed something in this game.

I'm not sure when this change took place, because I just now noticed that the gameplay has changed for the better, but the secret suicide mission endgame no longer makes you visit Victor/Misty or stare at Johnny for 5 minutes if you die during the secret ending. You still have to go through those parts in order to get to the secret ending, it's just now if you die, you respawn at the entrance to Arasaka Tower... which is just freaking great! Thank you.

Anyone having these same issues? Basically stuff disappears having texture loss like buildings and roads pop in and out when driving fast or out of vehicles you can walk right up to something in front of you and things start disappearing and it happens with or without mods as well it only started happening with the new patch update 2.11

"Can't do that right now" Bug
I can't use the phone, cant open any menus, inventory, stats etc., it keeps telling you cant do that right now. I've noticed this happened after i finished an NCPD mission killing off a bunch of Animal gang members, but the combat mode didn't end as well as the battle music. So I saved it and Restarted the game. This fixed the endless combat mode issue and the battle music faded however, I couldn't open any menu from this point onward. It just shows "Can't do that right now". Another thing that I've noticed is that, when I open fast travel, there it shows me a very glitchy city from a satellite view unlike the original view where there's a Map with fast travel points on them. PLEASE HELP ME !

It's a shame that there were no performance improvements or fixes for some crashes I fairly often experience (perhaps because I had to mod in frame gen mod to get even slightly acceptable FPS with any form of ray tracing). Native fsr 3 support would have allowed for native FG.

Also I cannot update anyway due to the crazy high amount of free disk space needed to update!!

getting stuttering screen after the update. hurting my eyes.
i'll wait for 2.12
Bro after 2.12 I m experiencing crash on xbox series s and x in dogtown if I fight with 5 star level police and also sudden stutters very few in Night city never happened before neither on my series s or x

True but Witcher and Fallout allow it on all

I'm not sure where you saw The Witcher 3 allowed mods on console.

I think you're mistaking them adding mods to the official complete edition update and actual mod support. The Witcher 3, from everything I can see, does not offer mod support on console. Please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

Regardless, the biggest obstacles to mods on consoles are Microsoft and Sony and even when they get out of the way and accept mods, it's still a far more limited selection than what is available for PC, it's not even comparable. Even Baldur's Gate 3's recent addition of mod support for console is nowhere near as good, or complete, as the PC selection. If you throw in the fact that current gen consoles are so far behind PC hardware, the kind of mods you seem to want would never be possible on the current gen.

Nope, in The Witcher 3, CDPR officially added few mods in the game (if we can call them "mods" while they are in the game). But you're not allowed to add mods by your own like in BG3 or Bethesda games.

Like @GrimReaper801 said, mods on consoles are "very limited" by what Sony and Microsoft allow to modify, which is limited (the most limited on playstation). While on PC, well... you can modify pretty much wahetever you want.
If you compare for example, Skyrim on PC (there are plenty of "heavily modded" Skyrim playthroughs on Youtube), to you're able to achieve on consoles with mods, it's simply imcomparable...

Then, knowing how consoles already struggles to run the game, if you were able to add a mod like on the video you posted, you would play at 5FPS at best... So yes, mods can greatly improve graphics like in the video, but you need the "power" behind to run them, something consoles don't have :)
