Is the issue finally fixed where raytracing no longer has improper purple blue hues lighting and spider webs?

I did both and still getting this weird tearing effect. It’s not like normal screen tearing. Imagine screen tearing but much faster and smaller and combined with vertical stuttering/shifting. It’s very hard to describe.
