As mentioned, this floor (ground level) is food courts, cashiers (for trading credit for tokens since most of the machines on this floor require tokens to play ... way to old to have a credchip slot), presumably an office, and OLD video game machines. Security, in terms of bouncers and cams, is fairly tight, the games on this floor are real antiques and probably worth a fair bit.
The crowd on this floor (other then those eating) is mostly older ... the younger crowd is generally on the upper floor with the modern games.
Just by looking it's virtually impossible to determine who might be an Eastern Star employee ... well ... maybe steel-toed boots? Any Eastern Star security may have a uniform, or a jacket at the very least, but may not wear it off property, as to office types ... who knows. The only real clue you've gotten is many come from China itself ... so may be less proficient in American.
Looks like it'll be your turn to play soon ... Mouse may be throwing the game, but never having played anything like it before you may just get your ass flat-out beat ... no VR goggles ... no controller ... just a knob you have to twist back and forth.
