PC: Achievements transfer?

I played the gog-version a long time on my old PC. Now I get a new one and installed also TWAG. I used the same account to login, but my achievements are gone and I have to start from scratch. Is there a way to transfer my score to the new PC?

Now I have the same problem with "GOG Galaxy" - it needs a new installation for all games already in my library and previously beeing installed via gog.com Download on my PC. And GOG Galaxy has it's own achievements view :/ Do I really have to start a third time to get back "my" achievements...? :whatthe:

The client was in alpha so far and just recently entered beta. Hopefully they'll do something about this.

Also rather surprisingly I don't see Steam achievements (nor trading cards, what heresy!) on Steam store page of The Witcher 3. @Marcin Momot can you shed some light on this please?
