[PC] [Bug Report] The Price of Honor Quest - chest won't open

PC version 1.04 (GoG galaxy)

In the quest The price of honor" in Skellige: Despite the finding the key to the sunken dowry i cannot interact with the chest at all. There is "E - Unlock" but pressing E won't do anything (the chest also isn't red/yellow with witcher senses). I can still finish the quest by not getting the dowry, so this is not gamebreaking, but that seems rather unsatisfactory.

Several guides i googled online suggest you can indeed open the chest. I also found a reddit thread with some other PC users that seem have the same problem (https://www.reddit.com/r/witcher/comments/375he5/price_of_honor_chest_bug/)

I'll keep the quest open for now, would be nice if the chest was fixed

Yes me too. I have left the quest open for now, hoping for a fix.
I too googled it, and it seems lots of people are having this problem. Not able to interact with the chest at all.
I'm on PC, latest update installed.

I still have this bug as of the most recent patch. (1.08.4) I got a key, I see the very obvious boat mast and go to look, can't highlight the chest with senses, can't interact with it.
