[PC] Can no longer mount Roach in White Orchard.
So far everywhere but White Orchard allows me to ride my horse. I can fast travel to Velen and ride but as soon as I return to White Orchard I lose the ability to ride Roach. I even failed the Lying Merchant quest because I could not mount Roach and chase after him. It's kinda annoying having to run everywhere in WO. Also, during a quest in a burning stable I couldn't climb a ladder at all. It would start the animation as if I was getting on to the ladder and then geralt would get off the ladder. Eventually after a couple of minutes of trying to find another way in, the ladder started working again.
