[PC] Don't Lose Your Mind Mission Bug (SPOILER)

I have encountered bug on said mission. As soon as I am entering Delamain Core room, the core exploded. I don't have any option on what to do with the core. Reloading save file and doing other mission didn't fix the issue. Any suggestion?

Ran into the same issue. Just hoping that the next patch will fix things and we won't have to backtrack or anything. :/

Same here, I even loaded a save which was 30 minutes old, did the mission again and the core exploded anyway.
This was my second run and I really hoped to see what happens when I choose the option to combine delamain with his personalities.
I can send a couple of save files to make it easier for you to fix.
