PC Enhanced Edition missing "auto rotate camera" option from the XBOX360 version

I am using an XBOX360 controller for W2 EE on PC. However, I noticed there's a difference in the control options between my PC and my XBOX360 version. While the PC version supports the XBOX360 controller, it doesn't have the "auto rotate camera" on the X/Y axis like the XBOX360 version does.

Is this an intentional omission?

Best,
Daniel

They only added bug fixes and new content to the PC version. They didn't include the control or interface changes. It was intentional. Not sure the reasoning. Maybe to avoid confusion for people that have been playing the game for the past year. Or maybe it would conflict with mouse/keyboard controls somehow.

Gamepad lacks the complexity of mouse+keyboard setup, we have more freedom, they don't. Things had to be simplified for them.

We don't need such features.

YOU don't need such features.

PC gamers who have tendonitis in their wrist or just plain don't want to run mouse and keyboard do.
