Pc game + ps4 or xbox one controller

Hi everybody, I,m thinking about buying the game but I don,t know if it,s gonna be possible to use a ps4 or xbox one controller. I played the witcher 2 on xbox and the witcher 1 on Pc and I think It was a better experience with the game pad. Thanks to everybody. Also, an older ps3 or xbox360 controller could fit.

Well i did play TW2 on pc with a 360 controller and was quite nice. I don't know about TW3 but if i were you i would stick with a Microsoft controller for better compatibility.

The IGN play through is on a PC and they are definitely using the Xbox controller, and even went into the mapping screens (for flipping Y-axis etc...) So full support. I will be using the PS4 controller with my PC. I like it better then the Xbox controller. Just use the DS3 Scp tool. I'm using the PS4 for Dragon Age on PC and GTA 5 and it works perfectly. (You need bluetooth on your PC obviously)

Gamepads will be supported on PC and you will even be able to switch controls "on the fly" by just moving the mouse or taping a button on the game pad.

I think it was confirmed that the game will have native support for the PS4 controller, so no third party tool needed. I'll definitely be using it, since I greatly prefer it over the Xbox controller.

It might have native support for the PS4 controller as it will recognize it and show the right buttons, but WIndows itself does not have support for the Bluetooth PS4 controller. You will have to manually add the drivers (just Google PS4 controller on PC to learn how)
