(PC) Hair not loading in mirror

My character's hair loads fine in the mirror, but for some reason it isn't showing up in shadows.

Mine did this when equipping the cotton headband. Unequip it, and your hair should be back.

So if I look in the mirror with a hat on, my hat and hair don't show (so I'm bald).

Also, any face item doesn't seem to appear either.

Had the same thing happen. The first time I looked in the mirror, my character was completely naked. Very weird and kinda random.

Played on Xbox Series S. First time I used the mirror, with hat, shirt, pants and shoes, in the mirror my character had no pants and was bald. After taking the hat off, my head appeared as it should've been: with hair. Unsure what I did to fix the pants, I think I unequipped and equipeed it again?

I have the same problem (female character). Lattest drivers from nvidia, downloaded today. GTX 1060 (6GB). The game is running with Nvidia's GeForce Experience. When I first enter V's apartment I saw myself few times in the mirror befor go to bed. After that my hair is gone.

It doesn't seem to be driver related or AMD drivers have the exact same bug.
Sometimes naked, sometimes without hair on my 5700xt

Happened to me after I took off my hat. I reloaded and it fixed it.

Me too. Also the resolution when u look at V in the mirror looks like shit. Pls fix it.

This happen when you have a head piece on. I can't believe how these things missed. So obvious.

Have this issue also, also some items of clothing don't seem to load in.

Not a major issue but definitely a bug.

Yes, both. And I still have the issue with the mirror and the shadow sadly. Luckily so is that the only time, works fine in cutscenes and when riding the bike with seeing hair/headgear.

Has anyone tested to see if the characters's shadow change according to what clothes you wear?
I suspect that the character shadow is always naked and bald.
