Updated to v1.1, met Panam at the Garage during the Lightning Breaks quest. Then after she explains her plan, I get in her truck and start to exit the garage when it goes to a black screen with the loading icons in the corner. Starts the loading bar and gets about a 1/4 of the way, then stops loading.
It's using 23-27% of my CPU usage, so it's not showing in Task Manager as "Not Responding", don't know what else it could be unless it's the 1.1 patch.
