[PC] ini file typos/inconsistencies

the following ini keys are misspelled in xml vs ini, or have 2 separate spellings:

Gamma
GammaValue
MaxTextureAnizotropy
MaxTextureAnisotropy
TextureInFlightBudget
TextureInFlightCountBudget
MaxUncmpressedBudget
MaxUncompressedBudget

also, i think TextureInFlightBudget is set to 12 in the .ini, but according to xml that should be 128 (not sure if i made this change by mistake).

Do you notice a difference by changing the spellings?

nope. i'm not going to bother. just reporting the issues. i don't have access to source code, so no point. half the stuff in there doesn't work anyways.

imo put both spelling just to be safe. problem solved for now.

i don't know why config can't just be in one file either. it's in like 5 different places...
