[PC] Music static if sound settings are above 32-bit 96000hz

Issue:
I have an audio setup which have a default format above 32-bit 96000Hz sample rate and bit depth. The in-game "studio reference" and other sound options don't all utilize this. When music is played, the bass gives off frequent static if bit depth is above 96000Hz.

Workaround:
While I'm not expecting above 96000Hz, lowering spund settings to this value seems to be the maximum bit depth allowed to prevent static from being heard.

Additional Notes:
This is the only game title that seems to do this, so currently fine with lowering settings. :)
I have not tried this on a console hooked up to a similar high-end audio system.
