couldnt agree more i decided to join in on this cause i orignally thought it was a bug and as it stands still nothing it still leans to bug side of things we dont know offically what it is but when the game released we didnt have this issue
So i tested the language fix thing, nothing. Still the same. Mind you i am still at the first apartment, i don't know if thats supposed to change anything, but yeah.
Also having this problem, nude in inventory but not on mirror and photomode.

So really the game had to be censored ? I saw that before underwear genitals weren't show right ? So maybe underwear has been added because it was inteded. I remember read an article about this game that you wouldn't be able to see your character's genitals in game. I hope it wasn't censored. Fucking ESRB range.
i had no problems during that patch 1.03 then i got to the next act and boom hit with a large f you, no lower half

If they censored because of ESRB they can't release this patch because Geforce Now will use the same PC version of Steam and GOG but cloud gaming still have the retarded ESRB range with an M as the highest rating allowed as consoles. They also are bringing censorship on PC.
no no what im saying for us pc players considering that we can accutally access files, but you didnt get what i meant an external patch one we has the consumer have to download to allow us to use full complete nudity

I would rather not downgrade from a options toggle to a patch, but i would take it.
It can't be a localization issue on Steam. I'm on ps4 and the same thing happened to me. Was able to go full nude even in photo mode at first. Loaded a save after the first day and now I'm only able to go full monty in the inventory screen. Underwear in 1st person or photo mode.
If it were the Japanese version it would be censored even more. I think in the Japanese version they censor top half nudity as well, and much of the more sexual advertisement and stuff in the game world is covered up or removed entirely. Not to mention all the gore is gone. I play the US version, where all that stuff made it past the ESRB.

Yes. Lots of people (including myself) were able to go full nude in photo mode after launch. I'm on ps4. I didn't get a post launch update til 1.04 today, but I noticed the underwear before that update. That's why I think it's a bug and not the nudity being patched out.

Not sure if this has been mentioned in this thread or elsewhere, but I searched and couldn't find it; if you're playing a transgender/futa V, she will have breasts and a penis when nude in the creation and inventory screens, but mirrors will show her with a vagina.

Huh. The pants thing worked for me. I went to my stash and got two pairs of pants. Then, in my inventory menu, I equipped one. Then, clicking on the pair of pants still in my inventory (not being worn, I switched pants instantly. I rapidly clicked on that same square, changing pants rapidly until the image of V glitched out for a second and I saw V naked between switches.
When I closed the inventory (still wearing pants) I could see V as naked (even though I still had pants equipped and they looked equipped in menu. Then, I went to inventory and realized that I couldn't remove the invisible pants. So I went to stash and stored the pants I was wearing in my stash, thus unequipping them, and V still looked naked in all 3rd person modes and the mirror. I'm told this fix does not last and when I finish a mission or reload, I will have the stupid purple panties on again, but I am going to try to carry two pairs of pants with me so I can do the glitch again later on.
