The game got a rating the way it was before patch 1.03, and there was full nudity before that patch, so the conspiracy that they're trying to dodge an AO rating is absurd.
again correct the game had its rating way before its release with the full nudity
I also think it's a bug, why? Cuz you can still have nudity in inventory, so those who stream would not be ''safe'' from it lol

As mentioned before that has nothing to do with the current censorship. The game already has a censor system, they don't need worldwide censorship!
The damn game has an PEGI 18 rating on Steam where I live! [VIOLENCE, SEX, BAD LANGUAGE] That's about equal to the AO ESRB rating.
They made the damn game for 18+, it has the PEGI 18 rating on their own site...
Sure I understand how this initial hotfix could have been to prevent streamers from seeing random dicks and boobs flying around... However, that's also what the damn "Nudity Censor" option is for!
As mentioned before. The "Nudity Censor" option not only applies underwear it also changes the texture underneath to black. If or when it works. That should be more than enough to keep streamers happy.
I still see absolutely no reason for them to censor the damn game worldwide.
A better response would have been to just default everyone's game to the censored version, with the player having to go into the settings to turn it on.
The more and more i think about it the more nonsensical this seams as a intended decision.
I have it at full Nudity. I have similar issues with the graphic bug. She is nude on the character sheet as she should, but in photo and reflective surfaces she has her panties on. Also, for just an amusing thing, she does go full birthday suit while on a motorcycle.... well, she looses every thing but her shades.
I checked her right after to see if the motorcycle was some kind of robotic perv, and stripped her of her clothes, but she still has her clothing on, just seems her clothing go full transparent when on a motorcycle (the one Jackie gives her). As amusing seeing a girl wearing only sunglasses riding a motorcycle, it is way way way out of place. =)

It's a shame because I really wanted to do a Melee-focused, Nudist Nomad V playthrough.
This! It's really weird they left nudity on as default option, this way those who did not go to options to turn it off were surprised and scared as were streamers/Youtubers/whatever Lmao
Youd idea is the best, it should be default option.

I'm hoping the lack of stripper nudity is part of this bug. But then again, the nudity in Witcher 3 is underwhelming without mods. At least Witcher 3 had more than two hookers, and at least Witcher 3 had mod support.
Cyberpunk made it past the ESRB months ago, before regional censors took place (like those in Japan). It's not the ESRB or PEGI. It's not Steam, Sony, Microsoft, or anything else that censors content. If it were, the game would have been censored well before launch.
Either the underwear is a bug, or the nudity outside of the inventory screen is an exploit. Considering I was able to go fully nude in photo mode after launch, as were many others, I'd say with 99% certainty it's a bug.
