First off, many games released now how tons of bugs. Even many of the most beloved games are initially buggy as hell. This game is no different. That being said, the story and gameplay are great (when it works).
I know 1.04 was supposed to fix 'I Fought The Law' quest, but it still has way point bugs in places. In the warehouse, it is still occasionally not recognizing entering through the shipping container. Later, when investigating the apartment, the 'Follow the Wires' objective is not being recognized either.
Both missions will allow for continuation, though.
I will edit and add to this post as I come across more issues.

GIG: OLD FRIENDS
Map marker wants you to enter the bar to assassinate the target. Used boosted jump to get to roof. While looking through the skylight, use the 'Suicide' quickhack to eliminate the target, but the quest still wants me to enter the bar.
