[PC] On-screen Menu Stuck

I think this is the menu you get when you're in a terminal or interface, but the menu options will not go away. I was in the middle of taking our Royce when he's all Megatron mode and I crouched behind a crate and this menu just appeared on my screen. They're just always there now as a part of my HUD. I tried to reload a save file from before they showed up, but they're still there. I've quit the game and come back to it and they're still there. Any idea how to get rid of this menu?

And there's no manual save game that doesn't have this issue?

I can't verify the integrity of my install because that option is grayed out and not selectable. I submitted a ticket by clicking on Contact Us though. But it would not let me upload my .rar of my save files even though they were under the 25 MB size limit.

Oookay, finally was able to verify repair and installed the 1.06 patch. Still no change on that game file. The menu is still persistent.
