(PC) "Playing For Time" crash

After being confronted with Johnny in V's apartment my game crashes whenever it reaches to the point where he's banging V's head against the window, the game freezes for a couple of seconds, then locks my PC, having me to turn it off by hand. I tried spamming C to skip the sequence but it didn't help, and this was the same case in "The Heist" mission at the end, where my PC locks up whenever I choose to wash V's face in the mirror, and the only way for me to skip that was to hit the mirror and move away

I cannot progress in the main story because of this issue
Any idea on how to fix it? Or bypass the scene? (hotfix 1.04)

Haven't encountered this. Did Playing for Time on 1.03 without issue, so not sure what it could be.

had exactly the same issue with 3 characters and solved it by deleting C:\Users\ (your login name)\AppData\Local|CD Projekt Red\Cyberpunk 2077 folder (make a backup eventually) Now delete it and try starting the game again. I also started the game in windowed mode, don't know it's really necessary but so it worked for me - hope this helps
