It was already hinted by PCGamesHardware the optimization is pretty amazing. I guess whatever one thinks about the downgrade, they at least made a very solid engine with great optimization. I'm actually quite happy I haven't ordered my 970 yet, guess the good ol' Sandy Bridge i5 and my 760 will be just fine - even though it's kinda agonizing to watch my fiancé's PC being more powerful than my machine (first time for eight years ...). 
I'm starting to wonder if I'll ever have to upgrade my Sandy again. I think that was probably the best hardware I've ever bought in terms of price/performance.
