[PC] Tattoo from TW2 appears when I visit the barber

Playing on PC and imported my save where I removed the tattoo, but when I visit the barber in Witcher 3 the tattoo appears on Geralts neck.

Same thing happened to me. To be more specific, if that matters, it was the barber in Oxfort.

Yep same thing here, visited barber at Claywich (I think that was the place) and noticed that tattoo had appeared on Geralt.

If this is true, hopefully they'll fix it in the upcoming patch.

Tattoo is gone again as of the current patch, though I didn't see anything about it in the fix list.

For me the joy lasted only a while. Even that it was gone it came straight back again when changing hairstyle.
