[PC] v1.05 skellige rain effect bug?

rain pops/disappears, depending on where you are standing in the village of arinbjorn on skellige.

at other times, it obeys some sort of distance radius, and is only drawn 30-40 meters away from geralt.

this may/may not be related to the 2fps issue i had when i rode out of arinbjorn (already noticed stutter).

so, this effect will follow you around once you trigger it... seems to just happen at random (never noticed it in other zones, but needs testing).

This bug isn't only in SKillage it is everywhere but it is triggered by loading saving or i dunno .. it appears with this radius on random occasions

Yup, this is definitely happening in other locations.

And rain in general is behaving in multiple odd ways. Cross post to one I just posted for devs.

I also believe that many people do not notice these anomalies much because the rain effect, when it works correctly, is easy to miss entirely since the rain particles are not that noticeable and very "thin" looking.
