Perfomancy issues with 3570k and gtx 970

Currently getting 20 fps with medium-ultra settings with all settings to low im getting 30 fps with gpu usage 100% but my cpu usage is only 50% during gametime.


gtx 970
intel i5 3570k 3.8ghz
latest witcher 3 nvidia drivers.

Same exact issue but with a GTX 760, i got the same processor as you.

Same problem for me.. Very frustrating. Menu screen, cutscenes, etc all @ around the 20fps mark regardless of settings.

my partners however, runs smoothly (60+fps) on high>ultra with a GTX 580

I am Using a GTX 680 4gb, intel i7-3930K, 16gb ddr3 RAM, SSD.

Well, i wasnt expecting much from my gt650m but, even at lowest resolution and lowest settings,it barely can play at 25fps. I would understand if game looked good at low,but it now looks so bad,i cant understand why so bad performance..
