Performance Issues on Xbox One

Since the latest update, my games have been stuttering quite a bit. Anyone else experiencing this issue? I'll report it soon.

Somone found that it is the new blur effect. I don't know if they give an option to disable it though.

Update: the stuttering stopped after a few games so idk what to make of that lol.
