The point is, look at the load of each thread on your 6-core, 6-thread processor. RTX cards are CPU-heavy, and you're still trying to run cyber punk. Have you tried lowering the npc density? That's not the point/ Problem here is that CPU goes 100%

Did you update your Nvidia drivers? Supposedly clean install might help if you didn't do that already. This is what I am seeing with a 3080 and 5900x
No idea how people with 2080s are hitting a stable 60 on any settings....
Fresh clean driver install and clean windows install.Did you update your Nvidia drivers? Supposedly clean install might help if you didn't do that already.
I'm on 2080ti, 100%GPU utilization and high CPU utilization. But performance is quite poor still. If I want decent frames I basically have to play on all low lol.
But still, you're in better position than I am I thinkFresh clean driver install and clean windows install.
Oh, ok tyThe point is, look at the load of each thread on your 6-core, 6-thread processor. RTX cards are CPU-heavy, and you're still trying to run cyber punk. Have you tried lowering the npc density?
Honest question - those Official system requirements. Are they for 60 or 30 fps ?Performance issues can be reported here (please click on Contact Us to send a ticket):

In some cases lowering some of the settings is the best way to go.
Also, make sure your gpu drivers are updated to the latest version.
For comparison. I have cyberpunk(high npc density) running and browser with 67 tabs . And my cpu don't give a f*ck. Average load 35%Oh, ok ty
I get it now will try to lower npc density. But i got CPU 99% even in menus
I would say: 45 FPS, rather 30 FPS if your PC isn't well optimized.Honest question - those Official system requirements. Are they for 60 or 30 fps ?![]()
Try to unplug your second monitor? This is what I am seeing with a 3080 and 5900x

1080p or 1440p ?-
I would say: 45 FPS, rather 30 FPS if your PC isn't well optimized.
I'm getting approx 60 FPS in the Street-Kid tutorial with a 2070S at High Settings ; DLSS disabled ; RT disabled.
I didn't test other locations yet. I'm usually a person that aims for stable 120FPS, but it's really playable at 60FPS.
My other settings: Ryzen7 3700x @4.3GHz ; GPU slightly overclocked ; 16gb DDR4 3600mt/s CL15 ; Gsync-monitor

Temperatures has nothing to do with games honestly.CPU: 3900X
GPU: 3090
I did some temperature testing. My CPU is around 50 C in this game, while my GPU is about 46 C, while in this game.
The temperatures some people are reporting of 100 C are insane!
Mkay... I'm at 1440p I'll keep an eye on that.1080p or 1440p ?
If by tutorial you mean the very beginning and you're not in Night City yet, you should drop considerable frames once you get there.
I'm on 1440p with 2080ti and can't even maintain 60fps on high settings![]()
100°C on a Ryzen usually happens when PBO is enabled while also manually OC the CPU, often ends up in blowing up the CPU.The temperatures some people are reporting of 100 C are insane!
My specs are a bit better than thatSome of those 780 cards had 3 GB of VRAM i recall hahahaha
i don't think you can play any modern day game at 1080p with 3 GB of VRAM hahaha

no don't reinstall windows, i doubt it would make a difference, your trying to game on a laptop man
a 5th generation intel cpu and a gtx 960, it looks like your getting ok results considering the old hardware
dude you literally have 2GB of VRAM
I do indeed have 20H2some people noticed that if you do not have windows 10 20h2 then you may experience problems with the processor
