Performance on AMD(possible bug)

So I've been playing the game for half an hour now and cant help but notice some very low res textures especially on foliage. Playing with the sliders in graphics doesn't change a thing,it kinda looks worse than ps4 footage(high was supposed to be equivalent). I have an AMD gpu and play on 1366x768 so I was thinking since AMD didn't put out any drivers maybe that's the problem. This is not a downgrade thread(I have never participated in any) just asking for assistance.

I ahve some flickering textures at distance and Crossfire doesn't make a difference if it's running or not, ( using MSI Afterburner to check GPU useage), unless I force AFR in the driver.

Which makes everything screwy, but faster!

So, yes, there are some AMD issues. Driver out later this week, apparently.

Well for me,all the damn foliage textures look messy. Worse than any recent gameplay and I am running on max. Anyway,seems I have to wait for drivers or patch or whatever....damn though the game is good.
