I could be dumb and just am not seeing what is right in front of me but: I can't use any of my perk points/attribute points
The request doesn't go through at ALL, I've tried resetting my progress, restarting my game/pc, and i do have the right requirements for them but it literally won't go through.. If anyone can help me with this that would be nice cause this is starting to annoy me
