Hi, I rescued a man in velen (Hangman's valley) and he told me that I should come visit him in Claywitch to get a free hair cut. Even with patch 1.04 I still cannot find him, I tried in the morning, 12 noon, 8pm and at midnight. I went back to the village multiple times.
