Let CDPR do what they feel is best for the title, they already suggested utterly disappointed players to seek refunds.

I am sure they learned not to hype people as much as they did exactly to avoid backfire like this. The game will improve, and to be honest with you I've paid 60 bucks for games that are way.. way worse.

So I have to disagree with any petition that is against adding more content to the game, paid or not. Next gen games require more effort and resources, yet players still expect to pay 60 bucks for a AAA title game for the rest of their lives.

So you say after you paid 60 $ or more for this game which is a disappointing buggy mess. You would pay anoher 60$ or more for an even more Buggy and Garbage mess which pulls Resources from Fixing The single-player game. Ok live with that life you deserved it.

I'd even pay an annual subscription, given the guarantee the game would keep expanding.

The original plan was 2022 and they've pushed it back to 2023 and you can bet they wont try to bring it back any earlier.

They've just told their shareholders it's pushed back to 2023 to deal with the current state of the game. The suits, as you call them, are currently facing a potential lawsuit from investors over misleading interviews. The last thing to do would be to go against their latest investors call from December 10th.

They've got bigger fish to fry right now.

I get the whole "CDPR is now the enemy" attitude, but let's stay objective here.

Maybe with less costs for advertising this game they would have enough to delay this game until finished. But they had to blow a bubble bigger than a skyscraper. And we all know commercials etc are expensive. Should have used their name in the good old days. Now their name is half the price in My humble opinion. But maybe they can regain their "street Creed"

Nothing wrong with making a game that requires High spec pc... just dont advertise it like it can run on low specs... cuz then ppl buy the scop and it dont work... and that aint cool...

Oh definitely, and I'm right up there with you.

I've already stated multiple times on this forum that I like the game despite it's shortcomings but it's nowhere near the game it was supposed to be and unless it's fixed, this will be the final product from CDPR that I buy.

All I'm saying is that it's wwaaaaayyyy too early to think about multiplayer. CDPR will discuss it further in January and we'll have a better idea at that point. It might get cancelled completely, who knows, it's just way too early to tell either way.

Again with the "let" as if anyone of us have any power at all. To the degree that I am able to "let" them do anything, I did that with CP2077 and look how that turned out. Throughout the development I kept trusting their words and ideas as to what they claimed to be best for the game even when many years of gaming nerd intuition was going off like a nuclear melt down alarm and if "let" them do their thing then and it turned out the way it did, I should be doing the exact opposite now. At least that is how logic works in my mind. So no, I'm going to be running my mouth in the most respectful and helpful way I can right here on these forums out of love and a desire to see potential manifested.

As for everyone else, they can do whatever they think is best. I would still like multiplayer one day, I just don't want to hear about it anytime soon.

GTA online is arguably very good.

GTA Online is an a-okay game but it's still very bad at a technical level. It was horrible when released. It's simple a multiplayer release requires a Special engine and a handful of experienced Devs to developing multiplayer Engines. Even the GTA 5 engine can't handle the multiplayer part. Red Engine Can't even handle the Single Player part. Just be reasonable. If this release was the best over 4,5 years for the single player what the hell would happen with a Multiplayer CP. It would be a Mess and CDPR would lie again. And peoples like you would buy the game again and Management and lies will win again but go on... I don't care about you if this is you want

You arent wrong, A lot of these gaming companies etiquette in the past has been on the same level as a drug dealer....

I think it's pretty fairly standard for corporations to do this and it will probably help bring in more investors for future projects. I just don't think it would be wise to talk about it from a public relations point of view for a while. But...what do I know.

Those job listing were there before this whole fiasco happened. It could be it hasn't been updated yet.

Furthermore, very few of those are jobs that are multiplayer focused. The rest could easily be jobs working on the single player part of the game.
