PHANTOM LIBERTY [Bug - BLOCKER] Scan your surroundings to find working battery

Hi,

So wanted to 'scan surroundings to find working battery' but Kiroshi is not working on particular elements.
It is working for example when I'm scanning the microwave, but the scan doesn't start on those elements marked yellow and I can't move forward with the mission.

I did reload the save. I did also load some older saves, I did also come back to the save before fighting Chimera.

Nothing is working.

Clean reinstall also does not help.

Any ideas?

I have the exact same problem, totally stuck and can’t continue the game. Was really looking forward to the expansion too T-T Hoping this gets fixed relatively soon or someone knows a work around…

The battery is in another room - this quest has no bug - I would write where but I do not want to spolier the game - not the one on the table near the generator - look elsewhere One of the pictures hides a solution

Unfortunately the problem isn’t that we can’t find the battery, I sooooo wish it was, the problem is that the scanner won’t acknowledge it therefore not registering as us finding the battery so we can’t collect / pick it up /:

Did you try the one from screen number 4 - and you need to put scanner on middle of the left one

I have the same problem and no previous saves help. I'm stuck in this mission and can't go any further.

first u needs to scan the generator than (try start it) next scan table from bug4 screen and you should be ready to go

It's not that we don't know how to play or navigate the game. The point here is that the scanner does not scan objects. After pointing over the object and turning on the scan, the menu from which we can perform further actions does not load. This is a bug in the game that a lot of people are writing about on the Internet.
I know that I have to scan the generator, turn it on and I even know where the battery is, but the scanner does not scan objects and I can't go any further. I’ve tried all the solutions found on the internet, but it still doesn't work. I asked Steam for a refund for this DLC, but I played too long and they won't give me the money back

last question did you have any mods to the game? I played the whole game without any mods and this quest worked for my old save and new save without any problems? (old version was 1.63)

No mods.
I play on Nvidia Shield Pro, Geforce Now—Ultimate, Steam.
140 hours of playing CP_2077 behind me and this is the first such a bug.

Yes i have the same bug, impossible to scan anything in the safe room, just before I have scan the wall painting

I have the same bug. Can't scan any objects with the yellow mark.

Great that we've all have the same problem, and can't continue the mission.
Raised it officially, but still no solution.

It may be a stem version problem - i played 2 tiems on gog and did this mission twice? Sad you got bug-blocker experience it always suck.
